David M. Jacobs founded Elder Legal Services (Mr. Will) in 1979. He has assisted hundreds of families, and is known as a local expert on elder law. He has received Martindale Hubbard’s highest possible AV rating. Jacobs graduated from Hamline University with high honors and earned his law degree at the University Of Minnesota Law School where he graduated Cum Laude in 1979. More…
Grant R.J. Linquist graduated from the University Of Minnesota and received his law degree from William Mitchell School Of Law in 1992. Grant joined Elder Legal Services in 1996, and offers extensive experience representing clients in litigation and contested matters in both district and appellate court. More…
Tiffany Kimber graduated from the University of Wisconsin and earned her law degree from William Mitchell School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude in 2009. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota. More…
