David M. Jacobs

David M. Jacobs founded Elder Legal Services (Mr. Will) in 1979. He has assisted hundreds of families, and is known as a local expert on elder law. He has received Martindale Hubbard’s highest possible AV rating. Jacobs graduated from Hamline University with high honors and earned his law degree at the University Of Minnesota Law School where he graduated Cum Laude in 1979.

David’s goal is to provide immediate, cost-efficient legal services to his clients. Most services are performed for a flat fee so clients feel comfortable and informed. When necessary, David aggressively represents his clients in will contests and other estate litigation. He enjoys volunteering for numerous youth sports, bike riding, and cheering on his daughters.
